Mandatory Skills 3–5 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or similar roles. Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills. Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and SteerCo presentations. Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience working on SAP programs (SAP transformation, SAP migration, SAP rollout). Familiarity with data governance, data initiatives, or business architecture domains. Experience in energy, utilities, or large corporate environments. Knowledge of ABR/QBR reporting structures. Understanding of project governance frameworks.
