Job Title: Demand-Product Development Engineer – Automotive
Location: Diest, Belgium (Work From Office – No Remote/Hybrid offer)
Monthly Salary: €2,000 - €3,000 (Gross)

Education Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
Years of Experience:
* 2 to 10 years of experience in Automotive New Product Development.
Experience Description (Domain Knowledge):
* Product and market analysis for automotive applications.
* Design definition, standards, and drawing checks.
* Prototype launch and follow-up.
* Type approval requirements (calculations).
* Organization and coordination.
* Reverse engineering based on scanned data.
* Benchmarking studies.
* Good knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and detailing standards.
* Knowledge of NX or any CAD tools (3D Part, Surface, Assembly, Surface, and Detailing).
* Manufacturing knowledge associated with sheet metal, weldments, plastics, castings, toolings, and machining.
* Strong ability to read and interpret complex manufacturing and assembly drawings.
Skills and Tools Knowledge Required:
* New Product Development (NPD)
* Benchmarking
* VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering)
* DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
* Type approval
