You will develop our sales and growth plans for our distributor brand Raex. Product is offered to our existing and new Raex Certified Partners and steel distribution segment in the North Europe. About the position
As KAM you are playing an important role of developing and build Special Steels market and strategy related to our distributor brand. You focus on the QT Steel distribution and you are capable of dealing with Key Accounts on a high level. You work in good cooperation with our regional teams according to our Go-to-Market strategy.
A strong network of contacts is important in this role. You have an advanced knowledge of how to operate with Key Accounts and experience in partnership management.
You will report to Sales Director RAEX and be part of the international Raex Team. Depending on your wish, you will work out of home office or nearest SSAB office.
You need strategic thinking, strong social skills, a structured way of working and solid steel sales experience to be part of our professional International team.
Main responsibilities
1. Negotiate offers within authority limits.
2. Set up sales presentations, contracts, and proposals.
3. Prepare and update sales forecasts.
4. Achieve yearly sales targets with existing and new customers.
5. Coordinate sales activities with regional stakeholders.
6. Develop and implement dual brand strategy, focusing on distribution channels.
7. Manage sales activities in Salesforce.
About You
8. You have University degree or equivalent in business administration, economics or engineering ( in Technology; Mechanical, Metallurgical or Mining Engineering) from any University in Europe/US.
9. Working experience with international Scandinavian or European companies, work experience at distributors is an adavantage.
10. You like a proactive approach to new distribution business opportunities and continued improvements.
11. Social skills to build long-term & trustworthy relationships are valued.
12. We look for you to have good sales experience, strong drive to work in QT steel business.
13. You have the strategic ability to see the whole picture and capable of steering actions based on that.
14. You are confident in yourself and you share our values based on everyone´s equal value, diversity and differences to create a high-performing organization.
15. Language skills you need are High level English.
