As a Recruitment Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
* Driving business growth by developing your own region and proactively identifying new opportunities
* Managing and advising a portfolio of clients and candidates to ensure successful outcomes
* Building strong, long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their needs and supporting their growth
* Leading the full recruitment cycle, from initial interviews to offer negotiation
* Conducting in-depth candidate assessments to ensure the best fit
* Negotiating commercial terms and rates with clients
* Celebrating achievements and sharing success with your team
Jouw profiel
We're looking for a candidate who brings:
* Minimum a Bachelor's degree
* At least 2 years of experience, ideally in B2B Sales or Recruitment (Recruitment Consultant / Business Manager)
* Fluency in French and English or fluency in Dutch and English
* Ability to work smart and efficiently
* A driven, ambitious mindset with an outgoing personality and a strong desire to succeed
* Eagerness to learn and develop commercial expertise
* Resilience to navigate challenges and maintain performance
* A collaborative spirit and team-oriented approach
