This role is key in shaping and maintaining secure, scalable, and efficient software infrastructure that supports our products and services. You will be responsible for integrating security throughout the software development lifecycle, driving automation, and ensuring our codebase and deployments are robust, resilient, and secure.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement secure CI/CD pipelines with embedded security checks from commit to deployment.Automate security tasks such as vulnerability scanning, patching, and compliance reporting.Integrate security tools like SAST, DAST, IAST, and SCA into pipelines.Manage build tooling, update versions, and drive adoption in products.Package and manage product-specific components (e.g., pip/wheels, Conan).Support integration of secure frameworks and shared components.Monitor build jobs and ensure timely, secure releases.Perform security sign-off on product releasesRequired QualificationsAutomation & ProgrammingProficiency in Python and/or RustExperience writing cross-platform scripts with strong debugging skillsOperating SystemsExperience working with both Linux and Windows environmentsCI/CD & Security IntegrationHands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CDAbility to design pipelines with integrated security checksExperience integrating tools such as SAST, DAST, IAST, SCAVersion Control & Build SystemsProficiency with GitFamiliarity with CMake and Conan (or similar package managers)Problem Solving & TroubleshootingStrong analytical mindset with proven troubleshooting ability across development and QA environmentsDesired QualificationsWorking knowledge of C++ is a plus.Strong communication and teamwork across multicultural teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.Passion for continuous learning and security innovation.Strong sense of accountability and ownership in deliveryFamiliarity with secure SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) conceptsUnderstanding of open-source security risks and compliance standardsPlease note, we are seeking for candidate who to work onsite from Ghent/Belgium, or Dresden/Germany.
