What is the role?
Love working outdoors and leading from the front? Take charge of maintaining Sydney’s iconic parks and vibrant streetscapes. As a Team Leader, you’ll guide a dedicated crew working on our long-term City of Sydney contract - helping to protect and enhance the city’s Urban Forest.
This hands-on role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about safety, teamwork, and making a visible impact. You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating daily operations, supporting your team in the field, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
From proactive tree care and removals to emergency response and pest treatment, you’ll be involved in meaningful work that keeps Sydney green and safe. Every day brings something new, and you’ll be surrounded by stunning landscapes, heritage trees, and a team that takes pride in what they do.

Do you have?
7. Certificate III in Arboriculture
8. Industry experience in Horticulture or Arboriculture
9. A current drivers’ licence
10. The ability to work safely
11. Highly effective communicator
12. Ability to organise, plan and delegate
13. Proven ability to train and mentor staff
14. Person who takes pride in their work
