As a key player in the evolution of our Healthcare Department, you will take on the role of Training & Process Improvement Specialist. Your mission will be to align training programs with strategic objectives, ensuring they are effective and relevant to the organization's needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in process improvement, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Sharepoint and Teams, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Training Officer
o Develop and maintain training approaches and modules that cater to different learning styles
o Animate and monitor the development of individual and collective skills and knowledge
o Evaluate trainings and improve them to remain aligned with strategic objectives and organizational needs
o Spread a culture of self-learning, process orientation, and customer satisfaction
* Process & Quality Management
o Map and improve main processes to ensure quality and efficiency in operational workflows
o Ensure that process documentation is up-to-date according to new processes and evolutions
o Organize adequate upskilling and reskilling of functions according to process evolutions
