As Product Manager EMEA you will act as the bridge between the R&D centres and the regional sales & solution architect teams. A Brady Product Manager for RFID is the crucial link between market needs and product development, defining and launching the next generation of smart solutions, responsible for managing a portfolio of RFID solutions, including readers, scanners, and tags, by developing strategic plans, creating roadmaps, and driving profitability.
Conducting market research
Collaborating with marketing, sales, and R&D teams to ensure commercial success
Managing product financials
Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering or Electronics
An additional Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
Experience in Portfolio Management
Experience in project management
Proficient in using facts and figures (data-driven)
Ability to analyze market and competitor data, customer needs, and financial performance to inform strategy
Fluent knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
