* Support the Store Manager in achieving commercial targets and KPI’s

* Ensure premium execution of merchandising, brand presentation, and visual standards
* Oversee daily operations, stock flow, and sales floor organisation

* Step into the Store Manager role when required, maintaining continuity and leadership
