BDO’s Digital Advisory Teams are successful in providing advice and support to our clients on their Digital Transformation projects. We’re seeking a Senior Consultant to join our dynamic teams. This role offers the opportunity to work with top-tier clients, leading end-to-end implementations and optimizing business processes using Microsoft 365 Business Central.

What will you be doing?
* Lead the design, implementation, and customization of Microsoft 365 Business Central solutions for clients across various industries.
* Analyze client needs and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
* Conduct system assessments and provide ongoing support for system enhancements and upgrades.
* Train and mentor junior consultants and client teams on best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Microsoft 365 Business Central and related technologies.
What do you bring to the table?
* Master degree in (business) engineering, business economics, or related field
* 2 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a consulting firm
* Proven track record of delivering successful ERP projects in consulting environments OR experience in accounting and willing to learn ERP Implementations.
* Excellent communication skills in FR/EN Or NL/EN.
* Excellent problem-solving and client management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
