As a functional advisor in the domain of Dynamics 365 customer engagement you will be responsible for the process design, implementation and testing of the Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer & Field & Project Service apps.
You will guide our customers in how they should transform their sales organization in such a way that it is more performant by leveraging the Microsoft dynamics 365 platform to its full extend. An important part of this aspect is the creation of the customer journeys and to-be processes in such a way that they align with the standard way of working in Dynamics 365.
You will be supported by one or more business consultants from our customer Advisory department who have a strong focus on process knowledge whilst your focus will be on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. Furthermore, you can count on the support of the solution architect and a technical team for integration, interacting, custom development, migration, build and release activities.
