As an Events Trainee, you will support the planning and execution of a variety of luxury events, gaining hands-on experience in delivering world-class guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the conceptualization, planning, and coordination of events under the guidance of senior event managers. Support internal teams—banquet, F&B, accommodation, concierge, and technical services—to ensure smooth event execution. Help maintain communication with clients, understanding their preferences and ensuring their requirements are met. Assist in sourcing and coordinating with external vendors, including catering, décor, entertainment, and audiovisual teams. Support budget tracking and documentation to ensure events stay within financial plans. Help oversee on-site logistics, including guest registration, program flow, and adherence to safety and service standards. Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to assist in event promotion and guest engagement. Gather guest feedback and report insights to senior staff for service improvement. Learning Opportunities: Exposure to high-profile and luxury events. Hands-on experience in vendor management, budgeting, and event logistics. Mentorship from experienced hospitality professionals. Profile Currently enrolled student in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field, MUST have a valid internship agreement. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and client-oriented mindset.
