The Business Analyst (Cards/Wero) will play a key role in implementing Wero within client's systems.
This person will bridge business needs, technical teams, and external partners — ensuring that requirements are clear, user stories are well-defined, and testing runs smoothly.
Main responsibilities
Business analysis & documentation:
Gather, clarify, and document business requirements for Wero integration (especially onboarding and peer-to-peer payment flows).
Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications for IT teams.
Define acceptance criteria for each story (what "done" means).
Coordination & communication:
Act as a bridge between different teams: business stakeholders, IT developers, testers, and external Wero partners.
Follow up on progress and ensure that all parties are aligned on timelines and deliverables.
Communicate issues, dependencies, or blockers promptly.
Testing & quality assurance:
Support or lead testing activities for user stories (functional, integration, and acceptance tests).
Validate that new features work as expected before go-live.
Report and track bugs or issues to ensure proper resolution.
Incident & problem management:
After rollout, help manage incidents and defects: analyze the root cause, log issues, and coordinate fixes with technical teams or third parties.
Support production stability and continuous improvement.
