We are looking for a dynamic Compensation & Benefits Manager to strengthen our BeLux People & Culture team, with a strong primary focus on Belgium. Reporting to the People & Culture Director and working closely with the EU Total Reward team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing reward policies, processes, and systems aligned with local and global standards.

Your expertise in Belgian compensation and benefits will be central to this role. Knowledge of the Luxembourg context is welcomed and supported through collaboration at group level, but Belgium will remain your core scope. Acting as a trusted partner to the business, you will support decision‑making around compensation structures, ensure legal compliance, and contribute to the rollout of new roles, policies, and reward programs.

This role requires strong collaboration with Business, Finance, Legal, and HR teams, combined with analytical strength and a hands‑on mindset, to build transparent, competitive, and sustainable reward solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Management

* Optimise tax‑efficient reward solutions, including flexible benefits and pension‑related programs
* Monitor the market competitiveness of bonus practices
* Advise leadership on salary structures, hiring impacts, and role evolution

Policy & Governance

* Review and update local compensation policies to ensure consistency and alignment with company strategy
* Maintain clear documentation of policies, processes, and compliance requirements
* Implement a regular review cycle to keep compensation structures aligned with legal and market developments

Training & Enablement

* Deliver training for managers and HR teams on compensation, pay transparency, and policy updates
* Maintain and refresh training materials based on new regulations or internal changes

Legal Compliance

* Monitor labour law, tax, and regulatory changes across Belgium; Luxembourg developments where relevant
* Implement local legal updates (pensions, healthcare, life insurance, etc.) in line with global governance
* Ensure GDPR compliance across all compensation and benefits processes

Business Partnership & Communication

* Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to align compensation structures, budgets, and strategic priorities
* Manage internal communication on compensation and benefits to ensure transparency and understanding

Team Leadership

* Lead the C&B team, ensuring strong expertise and high‑quality support for the organisation
* Act as subject matter expert on job architecture, pay transparency, and tax optimisation
* Foster collaboration across HR, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders

Annual Cycles & Planning

* Lead annual compensation review cycles and ensure alignment with internal and external developments
* Review salary benchmarks and propose adjustments based on market evolution

Profile

Education & Experience

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
* +6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, Payroll, or HR Analytics
* Strong knowledge of Belgian labour law, social security, and fiscal rules is essential
* Exposure to Luxembourg regulations is an asset, but not a requirement

Skills & Competencies

* Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS and compensation tools is a plus
* Knowledge of eBlox is a must
* Clear and effective communicator, able to simplify complex topics
* High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
* Full professional in French–Dutch, with fluency in English
