Overview Teals Consulting, management consulting firm, is currently supporting a major European institutional client and is looking for a Consultant (Employee or Freelance) to contribute to the governance and legal framework of TARGET Services.
Responsibilities Coordinate updates of legal acts related to TARGET Services
Facilitate collaboration between operations and legal stakeholders
Provide operational input to the legal drafting process
Support governance coordination and preparation of stakeholder presentations
Profile 3+ years experience contributing to the drafting of legal documents (contracts, legal acts, regulatory texts)
Experience working within complex governance structures
Strong drafting, communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have Knowledge of DLT / blockchain solutions
Experience with Financial Market Infrastructures (payments, securities settlement, collateral management)
