To support its next phase of global growth, the organization is seeking a Performance Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager who can elevate paid media performance and turn insights into commercial impact.
Job Description
In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple geographic markets. Key responsibilities include:
Executing and optimizing paid media across Google Ads (SEM, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Little Red Book, and Douyin.
Overseeing end‑to‑end campaign setup, including audience targeting, keyword/interest research, ad creation, budget adjustments, and event tracking.
Developing multi‑layer audience strategies covering prospecting, remarketing, and reactivation using first‑party data.
Working closely with design and content teams to brief creative needs, test messaging, and refine assets for performance impact.
Analyzing GA4 and platform data to identify conversion leaks, ROAS/CPA drivers, and opportunities for funnel improvement.
Preparing weekly performance snapshots and monthly insights presentations covering tests, learnings, and next‑step recommendations.
Partnering with business leads and cross‑functional teams to ensure strong alignment between media strategy, commercial goals, and eCommerce revenue.
The Successful Applicant
3-5 years of hands‑on performance marketing or digital acquisition experience, either in‑house or at an agency.
Strong executional capability across Google Ads, Meta, and ideally platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, XHS, or Douyin.
Proficiency with GA4 and the ability to interpret funnel metrics and performance data to inform optimizations.
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and data comparison.
A growth‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on ROAS, CPA, LTV, and commercial outcomes-not just media metrics.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner effectively with product, design, eCommerce, sales, and leadership teams.
