Fleet Manager
. Fleet plays a significant role in the company's total volume and remains a crucial pillar for future growth. The new Fleet Manager is expected to bring a fresh perspective to the market and actively contribute to building trust with leasing companies, corporate clients, and key fleet customers.
In this role, you will have a pivotal impact: by deepening existing relationships, seizing new commercial opportunities, and aligning with internal teams on a clear strategic course, you will help strengthen the brand's position in the B2B space.
Your Role as Fleet Manager
As Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing a forward-looking fleet strategy that drives brand growth and market relevance.
* Strengthening and expanding relationships with leasing companies, corporate clients, and other fleet partners.
* Achieving commercial targets and regaining lost market share through focused initiatives.
* Identifying market trends and translating them into actionable plans.
* (Preferably) leading and coaching a team, with an emphasis on collaboration and growth.

Your Profile
Education
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Languages
* Strong command of both
French and Dutch
