Role Description
We are looking for MOM consultants to join our team in Ardooie, Belgium. Together with the project manager and solution architect you are a contact point for the customer. You are responsible for configuring our Momentum software according to the customer's requirements and the project planning.
Your job
* You are a contact point for the customer together with the project manager and solution architect.
* You configure and set up the Momentum software according to the customer project. When needed you can execute small customizations to the software, in support of and as an extension to the configuration projects.
* You translate the customer's requirements and the solution architect's architecture into Momentum terminology and tasks for the team.
* Support and continuously improve the system functionalities for projects of industry leaders
* You work with international teams and specialists who are at the forefront of production process improvement.
Profile & competences
* You have knowledge of business flows and production processes and know how to translate these into the software.
* You have experience in object-oriented coding and are able to set up a software model. You also have some knowledge of an object-oriented coding language (C#, Java C++, ...)
* Ideally, you have some experience with the implementation of Manufacturing Operations Management software such as MES, WMS, QMS, APS, and batching. Or you have relevant experience in the 5 layers of the automation model (Field, PLC, SCADA, MOM, ERP)
* You have knowledge of the MOM standards (ISA 95 and ISA 88)
* You have good communication skills and are customer-oriented
* You have analytic reasoning
