To continue evolving our approach, we’re looking for a new team member to strengthen our community of Digital Content Coordinators.

Your responsibilities as a Digital Content Coordinator

· As a Digital Content Coordinator with a passion for design, you work closely with our Brand & Campaign Manager, Go-to-Market Manager, and CRM Analyst. Together, you are responsible for developing data-driven, creative, innovative, and interactive campaigns using Selligent Campaign. These campaigns may include interactive, dynamic, and personalized emails, SMS, app messages, web banners, landing pages, and/or web forms.

· For large campaigns, we collaborate with an external agency that creates the designs, but for smaller campaigns, you create the visuals yourself in Figma.

· You then convert everything into HTML and implement it in the campaign tooling.

· Alongside the other digital content coordinators at BASE, you work daily to ensure the quality of digital interactions and make our 1-to-1 and digital communication as future-proof as possible (SEO, GEO, etc.).

· Within our agile organization, you collaborate with various stakeholders across different teams, acting as a bridge between business/marketing and more technical teams.

Our Ideal Digital Content Coordinator

· You have minimal 3 years of experience with direct marketing and have hands-on experience in developing interactive and dynamic emails, landing pages and web forms.

· Technical skills:

o Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript

o Experience with SQL, Figma

o Experience with campaign software like Selligent Campaign (or equivalents like Marketo, Mail chimp), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or other marketing automation tooling

o Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; Dreamweaver, Photoshop and XD

· Eye for detail

· Graphical skills

· You work in structured way, are able to plan your work independently and to deliver within the strict deadlines. Last minute changes or requests do not frighten you.

· You have a growth mindset: you take initiative to improve, to learn from others and are eager to become the go to person in your domain.

· You have good communication skills and are a real teamplayer.
