THE POSITION In the Retail & Sales department, in collaboration with the Sales Manager and the Retail & Commercial Project Manager, your main role will be to support the Retail & Sales Team in their daily missions, as well as to ensure the link between the retailers, the commercial team and the external agencies for Belgium and Luxembourg. This cross-functional offer is an ideal experience into the retail and sales environment of the Perfumes & Cosmetics Luxury industry. Job ResponsibilitiesRETAIL MANAGEMENTYour main responsibilities will be to : Support the Commercial Team for day-to-day topics. Analyse retail performance : quantitative and qualitative reportings & KPIs monitoring. Collaborate with agencies managing external in-store presences, including managing requests, plannings update, KPIs follow-up, trainings organization... Monitor agencies' budget, invoicing and check of commercial team expenses with the supervision of Sales & Retail Project Manager. Update operational reports and presentations : Sales Team Reports and preparation of commercial meeting presentations. Coordinate events (commercial meetings). Create weekly newsletter for all departments. COMMERCIALYour main responsibilities will be to : Follow-up sales performance & animations (Galeries Lafayette Luxembourg, Inno counters...). Update of sell-out results in Power BI. Assist in the management of assortment: follow-up on newness and delisted items, assist in assortment rationalization... Follow-up on distribution: assist on the product catalogue differentiation strategy. ProfileThe Ideal Candidate : Demonstrates fluency in both French and English. Possesses excellent presentation and communication skills, with a client-minded and welcoming approach. Commands high proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint. Demonstrates strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and a keen sense of priorities. Exhibits an enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a hands-on mentality and a willingness to take the initiative. Functions autonomously, learns quickly, and multi-tasks effectively.
