Join our dynamic team as an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager, playing a pivotal role in analyzing requests and driving impactful changes throughout the Power Technique Business Area. In collaboration with key stakeholders worldwide, you will focus on Enterprise Architecture, Compliance, and Cyber Security, providing optimal solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will act as a global representative for the Power Technique IT organization, reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Architecture, Compliance & Cyber Security.
An analytical mindset and a proactive drive to solve complex problems are key attributes we are looking for in this role. The Busines Analyst should be adept at handling a constant stream of questions, efficiently addressing or distributing them to the team based on business priority. A service-driven and customer-centric attitude is highly valued, aligning with our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to our clients. Additionally, experience in project management and change management is expected, as it contributes to the overall success of the position.

Who are we?
We are PT-IT (Power Technique - Information Technology), which delivers services to the Power Technique (PT) business area of Atlas Copco and its divisions around the world. The department operates from the Power Technique (PT) headquarters located in Antwerp, Belgium. PT-IT was founded in 2016 and employs about +20 people internally together with consultants and the shared IT Services organization to support our entities all over the world.
What we expect of you?
* University master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent through experience.
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in enterprise environments.
* Experience in Compliance or Cyber Security is a significant advantage.
* Certification in Project Management and/or Business Analysis is expected.
* Certification in IT risk management or Governance of Enterprise IT (COBIT, CRISC, CISA, CISM, or CISSP) is a plus.
* Experience working in an international context with diverse cultures and global teams.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Flexibility, resilience, accuracy, and hands-on approach in managing deadlines.
* Excellent English proficiency; additional languages (e.g., Dutch) are advantageous.
