Voor een logistiek bedrijf te Eindhout zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde student HR resources planning.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
1. Dagplanning met een aansluitende korte call
2. Behandelen van mails en communicatie met supervisors en andere internen afdelingen
3. Je noteert uurverschillen in een Excel rapport
4. Je helpt mee aan de voorbereiding van de wekelijkse poolmanager
5. Je maakt de weekplanning op donderdag
6. AD-HOC opdrachten: wijzigingen in het systeem aanbrengen, certificaten nakijken, ...

7. Je volgt een bacheloropleiding
8. Je bent zelfstandig en kan omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie
9. Je beschikt over vlotte communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
10. Je kan vlot overweg met Microsoft Office
11. Je bent beschikbaar van 22/07 tot en met 29/08

Working as a student
In order to be able to employ you as a student, we need an official certificate of enrolment for the current school or academic year. This is an obligation mentioned in the administrative instructions of the NSSO. You don't have this in your possession yet? No problem. Just ask your educational institute for them and add them to your enrolment at a later date. Take a look at the website of your educational institution, often you can download the document online. Which enrolment certificates are eligible?
14. Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)
15. Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship
16. Part-time studies – theory only without practical traineeship
17. Independent learning – diploma via examination board
18. Finishing a thesis
19. Possibly adult education if main activity
