Are you a strategic leader ready to lead financial transformation across Europe, the UK, and beyond? We’re looking for a seasoned professional to lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), reporting, and compliance for our European and UK entities. Reporting to the European Service Center Manager, with a dotted line to US FP&A, you’ll guide regional finance teams, champion digitalization, and act as a key business partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with global strategies and delivering insights that fuel performance.

WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting (Master’s in Economics preferred)
7+ years of financial experience, including leadership in international environments
Strong knowledge of Belgian accounting standards and business practices
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and Navision experience preferred
Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages a plus
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
