Location: Brussels (hybrid) KINTO Europe is looking for a Brand Communication Senior Specialist to drive consistent, high-impact marketing and brand communication across European markets. Key responsibilities Manage agencies and collaborate with internal stakeholders on KINTO and model-related campaigns Translate communication strategies into creative concepts and oversee asset production Ensure timely delivery and roll-out of campaign assets across European markets Coordinate with TME Marketing Communication teams Ensure correct implementation and ongoing updates of brand guidelines Govern market communication activation through regular touchpoints and alignment on strategy Lead market reporting to KINTO Europe management (marketing calendars, investments, best practices) Analyse asset usage and localisation across markets (PDCA approach) Implement and monitor KPIs linked to lead generation and contract acceptance Skills & experience Essential 4–5+ years’ experience in marketing communication, ideally in a European role Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills Fluent English and advanced Microsoft Office skills Willingness to travel between Brussels and Cologne (1–2 days/month) and quarterly market visits Desirable Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of AI, video and image editing tools Education University degree in Marketing & Communication, Business, Economics, AI or related field Personal attributes Proactive, autonomous and collaborative Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset Interested in shaping brand communication across Europe in a fast-growing mobility business?
