We are representing an established cargo and ground handling provider at a major European air cargo hub. This role is focused on driving volume and revenue growth through a portfolio of 10–15 established strategic accounts and the acquisition of new airline and logistics partners. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will hold full commercial responsibility for the business unit. This is an autonomous, standalone role with no direct reports, designed for a professional who thrives on end-to-end commercial ownership. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain strong relationships with 10–15 strategic airline accounts, acting as their primary point of contact while ensuring proactive service quality and satisfaction. Lead prospecting efforts, conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with potential customers, and promote the business to expand the network. Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve revenue, turnover, and profitability objectives. Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities across company assets, including RFS and MRO capabilities. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while analyzing market data and sales performance to identify growth opportunities. Partner with operational and compliance teams to ensure all specialized cargo meets strict SLAs and regulatory standards. Align customer needs with internal operational execution, ensuring high-level collaboration across the organization. Prepare reports for management, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and represent the company at global trade shows and customer events. Requirements 4+ years of experience in Key Account Management and/or Business Development within an international air cargo, airport services, or logistics environment. Proven track record in revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management with airlines or freight forwarders. Familiarity with specialized cargo operations and associated regulatory standards. Strong prospecting, negotiation, and analytical skills to drive business development and account growth. Ability to operate independently as the sole commercial professional in a standalone role. Fluent English; French is a strong advantage.
