Trixie is looking for an enthusiastic temporary colleague for our finance team, who will handle bookkeeping (A–Z), credit control, and business administration. This is a temporary, full-time position for approximately 7 months (from around June 2026 to early February 2027). A selection of your responsibilities: You take care of the daily financial and accounting tasks. Juggling incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements, payments, direct debits, payment reminders, and more will be second nature to you. You prepare the monthly VAT closing. You take charge of smooth business administration, including subsidies, tracking trade fair expenses, various certificates, etc. You will also assist in the financial audit. As a growing organization, new challenges regularly appear. You will be our reliable go-to person for ad hoc financial and administrative matters. You actively contribute ideas to optimize our financial and administrative processes Your profile You hold a bachelor’s degree with around 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience in a similar role. You are proficient in Excel; experience with ERP software is a plus. You not only love working with numbers but also take pride in being precise and organized. Just routine? Not your style—you enjoy taking on new challenges and finding ways to make processes more efficient. Excellent Dutch language skills are essential. Ideally, you can also manage in French and English.
