We’re looking for a PMO / Delivery Manager to join our client’s team and play a central role in driving strategic IT transformation initiatives. This position sits at the heart of the Information Systems landscape, working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, alignment, and performance of high-impact programs.
The role
As a PMO / Delivery Manager, you will support a major IT transformation program and work in close collaboration with the CIO Office. You will act as a key coordinator across domains, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into well‑structured initiatives and delivered effectively. Your role combines delivery oversight, governance, and cross‑functional coordination in a complex and fast‑evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive the execution of strategic IT initiatives by translating high‑level priorities into concrete projects with clear scope and alignment
* Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of critical initiatives, including planning, dependencies, risks, and resource capacity
* Ensure alignment and synchronization between project activities and ongoing operational (run) activities
* Monitor progress, identify risks or deviations, and propose corrective actions to maintain delivery performance
* Support evaluation and prioritization of initiatives in terms of value, impact, dependencies, and feasibility
* Coordinate resource planning across teams, including internal staff and external partners
* Assist project leaders in resolving blockers and escalating key issues when needed
* Contribute to governance processes, including reporting to senior management and steering committees
* Support and enforce best practices across project management domains such as budgeting, risk, sourcing, vendor, and stakeholder management
Your profile
* Proven experience in PMO, Delivery Management, or similar roles within complex IT environments
* Strong track record in managing or coordinating large‑scale transformation programs
* Excellent understanding of project governance, methodologies, and delivery frameworks
* Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and structured reporting
