Job Responsibilities:
As a Bid Manager, your primary responsibility will be to secure business for Cronos Europa by managing the tender lifecycle for EU Institutional clients. This role involves overseeing the bidding process, from qualifying opportunities to final submissions and facilitating knowledge transfer. You will lead proposal efforts, coordinate virtual bid teams, and engage stakeholders from sales, finance, legal, and project delivery.
You will develop detailed outlines and plans for proposals, set internal deadlines, and track progress to ensure timely completion. A crucial aspect of your role will be to analyse the needs of EU clients as outlined in tender documents and review calls for tenders on the EU Funding & Tenders portal.
Your responsibilities will include drafting compelling content for tender responses that emphasise Cronos Europa’s value proposition while managing technical details. Additionally, you will assist in drafting, formatting, and reviewing administrative and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with tender requirements.
Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders is essential. You will collaborate with various internal departments and external partners to gather data on solutions and project references while coordinating with the proposal team to align requirements and maintain quality. Furthermore, you will work with senior team members to develop bid-win strategies, ensuring that win themes are integrated throughout the proposals.
Finally, you will participate in post-bid reviews to promote continuous improvement in the bid process.
