About the Role
For one of our key partners in the pharmaceutical sector located near Brussels, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the logistics, data analytics, and digital transformation scope.
In this role, you will act as a central coordinator between business stakeholders, technical teams, logistic partners, and data experts to deliver high‑impact projects that streamline reporting, optimize data flows, and support operational excellence. You will bridge business needs with technical realities, ensuring execution quality, governance, and clear communication across all contributors.
Key Responsibilities
Consolidate and optimize all logistics KPIs and reporting into a unified platform
Reduce a large number of existing reports by transitioning from descriptive/diagnostic insights to predictive/prescriptive analytics
Coordinate technical developers, analytics teams, business SMEs, and system owners
Apply the appropriate project methodology ensuring efficient collaboration and progress.
Understand system and data structures to challenge deliverables and influence solution design
Build governance slide decks and ensure structured reporting
Manage change across multiple stakeholders and ensure strong project cadence
Lead the transition of vaccines data into the logistics environment
Coordinate logistics and data stakeholders to reach a common, reliable data source
Assess and communicate efficiency gains and performance improvements
Ensure interfaces are well‑defined for accurate reporting
Oversee governance processes and develop supporting materials
Collaborate with analytics, technical, and operational teams on KPIs, reporting, and system improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
You hold a Master's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, IT, supply chain, or related field
You have a minimum of 7 years experience in project management within pharma, supply chain, or data‑related environments
You have a strong understanding of logistics flows, KPI management, and logistics ecosystems
You act as an expert with data analytics, BI tools, and ERP systems such as SAP
You are able to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice‑versa
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change‑management capabilities
You have an analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
You are able to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
