Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain and support the organization's endpoints (workstations, laptops, mobile devices, tablets) throughout their full lifecycle.
Create and maintain the enterprise operating system reference image.
Manage and maintain security and software updates of endpoints.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve endpoint-related issues.
Contribute to defining endpoint policies and propose continuous improvements.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong knowledge of Windows client OS administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of endpoint and peripheral installation and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of application packaging and OS imaging
Good knowledge of scripting and automation
Very good command of PowerShell
Good knowledge of Python / Perl / Ansible and Terraform
Technical Certifications
It is mandatory to hold at least one certification and obtain a second one within the first three months, along with an ITIL certification.
Microsoft 365: Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent
Microsoft – Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager or equivalent
VMware: Digital Workspace 2022 (VCP-DW 2022) or equivalent
Cisco Certified Technician Collaboration
McAfee Certified Product Specialist – ePO Certification
