Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst to map out key business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing data and projects efficiently and supporting teams with the right technology.
This position involves conducting thorough analyses at the start of each project, mapping current processes and/or architecture. You will need to identify needs and design business processes with ease, turning complex situations into clear visual flows.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth analyses at the start of each project to understand current processes and architecture.
* Identify areas for improvement and design optimal solutions.
* Work independently and in teams to define improvements and implement changes.
* Coordinate closely with teams during the implementation phase.
* Develop functional specifications and collaborate with the development team.
* In smaller projects, take on a project management role, including team coordination and planning.
This role offers a hybrid setup, where you will be based mainly in our office in Antwerp, with occasional visits to other locations such as Aachen, Amsterdam, or Ireland depending on the project.
