YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You will lead and inspire your team to ensure exceptional customer experience anda high levelof commitment from each member. You willbe responsible forthe integration,trainingand development of your team to drive improvement and success
You willbe responsible formanaging sales targets and driving sales in your branchbydriving actions to achieve quantitative and qualitative results. You willmonitorthe performance of your branch and propose solutions to improve results
You will manage the fleet of your branch,optimisingutilisationand managing costswhile ensuring compliance with internal procedures
You will manage the budget of your branch and make suggestions on costsoptimisationand operational excellence
YOUR SKILLS COUNT
Educational background and experienceYou have graduated from a business school or university within the last two years and have some proven experience in sales and/or management. You are ready to take your first steps in branch management and go up the ladder rapidly
Management skillsYou have a strong results-oriented mindset andhave the ability tounite your teams to achieve sales and service objectives
Passion for customer relationsYou are passionate about customer satisfaction and want to offer an exceptional experience to every customer
