Job Description Become a Private Banking Advisor for our Advisory Center in Kraainem! As a Private Banking Advisor within our expert and dynamic team, you play an essential role in achieving the growth objectives of your Advisory Center and position Deutsche Bank as a preferred partner for private clients. You work closely with your colleagues and your branch manager to proactively manage your clients’ portfolio, provide them with the best investment advice, strengthen their loyalty to our bank, and expand our client base. Located on the outskirts of Brussels, our Advisory Center in Kraainem serves an affluent clientele with strong commercial development potential. Responsabilities As a Private Banker Advisor, you are responsible for attracting and retaining clients. Your responsibilities include: • Deliver a warm, high‑quality welcome to clients, ensuring a premium client experience and long‑term relationship building. • Promote Deutsche Bank’s strategy, values, products, and services with enthusiasm to prospects and existing clients. • Manage and develop affluent clients’ portfolios, acting as a trusted partner aligned with their financial objectives. • Negotiate with clients using a win‑win mindset while providing tailored investment solutions. • Monitor market and banking sector developments and manage administrative tasks related to client follow‑up. Skills • You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, have 3–5 years of experience in investment advisory, and are passionate about the financial sector. • You have in‑depth knowledge of financial products and services. • You have an excellent command of Dutch and a good command of French. • You combine a strong commercial mindset and empathy, enabling you to understand clients’ needs and respond to them accurately, with strong communication and persuasion skills. • You are proactive and entrepreneurial, enjoy teamwork, and work with precision, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
