Your tasks
* You are responsible for the recruitment and selection of household helpers in the region.
* When you receive a customer request, you sound out the needs of your (new) customer and map them out thoroughly. Then you look for the perfect match client-housekeeper.
* The service voucher sector is a supply-demand world where, as a consultant, you assess the current needs.
* You are the first point of contact for both household help and private client, and follow them both up closely.
* You draw up the schedules for your team of household helpers, taking into account region, hours, leave, etc.
* You take care of the complete administrative follow-up of the files
* You get on well with the office and learn to work with our software package.
