As a business architect, you provide IT solutions that respond to the needs of the business. You design the services, processes and information flows and be the bridge to the teams that build the solution. A strategic job in which you work at the heart of our retail activities, or for a support service.
What do you do as a business architect?
* You help Colruyt Group's business units to convert their strategy and requirements into an architecture in terms of services, processes, functions, and information.
* You listen to your client's needs and keep asking questions until the objective is clear.
* You advise your client on possible solutions and examine how to integrate them. You take our enterprise architecture into account.
* You brief the project teams that will build the solution. In those teams, you work together with IT architects and solution analysts.
* You support the project manager and ensure until delivery that the solution is in line with the architecture.

You will work in Halle, Haasrode or Zwijnaarde and you can work from home 2 days a week.
Profile:
* Knowledge and experience – You have a master's degree or equivalent experience. You preferably have experience with Archimate.
* Analytical skills – You effortlessly maintain an overview and focus on the main points without losing sight of the details.
* Solution-oriented – You enjoy the challenge of finding a suitable solution in changing circumstances.
* Communicative – You can empathise with your client. You can listen but also dare to keep on asking questions until you get to the essence of the problem. You can explain complex problems in a simple way.
* Language skills – You speak Dutch and English. This allows you to communicate easily with everyone, including your colleagues in India.
