What You'll Do
* Analyze the market to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for new products and solutions.
* Define and develop new products or adapt existing ones to meet market demands.
* Research and propose new business opportunities, markets, and growth strategies to management.
* Manage technical relations with customers, design studios, and architects, providing technical assistance and tailored solutions.
* Monitor project progress and coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and customer requirements.
* Plan and execute promotional and prescription activities, leveraging CRM tools and supporting the sales team.
* Prepare and provide product and technical documentation, certifications, and quality support.
* Support sales and after-sales processes, including site visits, customer training, and trade fair participation.
* Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, commercial) to align customer needs with product performance, sales objectives, and market strategy.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Fluent Dutch, English, and French.
* Solid analytical and communication skills.
* Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achievement.
* Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic and changeable environment.
