Your role:
Organize governance meetings (Steering Committees, Operational Committees, weekly meetings) Produce bi‑weekly project status reports for senior management Prepare presentations and reporting materials for governance bodies Track deliverables, risks, issues and program dependencies Organize stakeholder workshops and information sessions

Who we think you are:
• Experience in PMO activities in large financial institutions (>1000 employees)
• Strong knowledge of program management techniques and agile methodologies
• Experience preparing presentations for senior management
• Proficiency in English
Mandatory Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project or program management
• Experience supporting PMO activities in large organizations
• Experience preparing presentations and governance documentation
• Experience using collaboration and reporting tools such as Jira, PowerPoint and MS
