Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions across various platforms.
* Ensure high-quality customer service by responding to requests and managing issues with professionalism and efficiency.
* Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
* Collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
* Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their concerns.
* Participate in training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
* Cultivate positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
* Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.
* A tech-savvy individual with the ability to navigate different software applications easily.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
