As an Inside Sales (FR / NL) at our client, you will have the following responsibilities :
* Managing and following up on customer calls and the shared mailbox.
* Preparing and formatting documents.
* Entering quotations and orders into the system.
* Following up on customer files and updating information in the database.
* Managing and resolving issues encountered by customers.
