As a Junior Finance Officer, you will work with our own accounting software Adfinity, for all aspects of Easi's general and cost accounting.

Responsibilities
After extensive training from our top experts, you will:
* Encode and validate invoices and financial publications
* Participate in the closing of the activities of our different structures
* Ensure the processing of data imported into the accounting system, analyze them and evaluate the various parameters
* Write reports and KPIs in our business intelligence tools
* Participate in the analysis process of new company acquisitions
* Be an actor in our internal auditing process
Your role is not limited to these tasks, you will also be involved in
* Perform timely and accurate financial administration tasks in the financial system
* Assist in the timely preparation of monthly reports
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures
* Support the preparation of financial statements, annual audits and project audits
* Process personnel and general cost allocations to projects and grants
* Perform periodic financial analyses to identify and resolve problems, gaps and discrepancies
* Ensure completeness of high-quality accounting records and documents
* Assist colleagues with financial questions
* Proactively and upon request provide other financial information to internal and external stakeholders

Profile
Must-have:
* Bachelor or master degree in accounting or finance
* Flexible, pro-active, communicative
* Customer-oriented
* Very good knowledge of Excel
* Eager to work with figures
* Team player who can work independently and has an eye for detail
* Between 0-3 years of experience

* Bilingualism NL/FR
* Ability to take initiative
