In the context of a International Payments backend migration, support the business analysts/product managers team to describe as-is offering and features and define clear requirements towards target system to ensure customer migration and non-regression in processing of International Payments
Validate deviations with customers internal representatives
Execute target system User Acceptance Test
Manage related risks mitigations
Requirements
Strong proven experience as Business Analyst
Deep knowledge of International Payments offering and processing
Agile way of working
Customer oriented
Strong Stakeholder management skills
Being able work autonomously and to take proactive contact with stakeholders
Problem solving mindset
Very good communicator (internal)
Willing to help the teams to succeed
Knowledge of the CBPR+/NextGen rules is a plus
Tasks
Understand the current offering and features offered to our customers on International Payment products
DeepDive on the current specificities, and translate them in Business requirements
Validate with senior Business Analyst and customer segment representatives
If required, propose alternatives or trade-offs and get them validated by the stakeholders
Explain final requirements to IT teams/functional analysts
Execute user acceptance testing once requirements are implemented
Take care of the related risks, report them and get agreement from risk stakeholders of the mitigation actions to take
