* Maintain & optimise current commercial relationship throughout the German Speaking region
* Actively acquire new customers on the German market (prospecting, lead generation, business acquisition)
* Develop the German market by identifying new segments, sustainable applications, and growth opportunities
* Build and grow a portfolio of B2B clients from first contact to long‑term partnership
* Understand customer needs and propose tailored, environmentally responsible packaging solutions
* Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial offers, pricing, and contracts
* Coordinate closely with internal teams (customer service, production, planning, quality) to ensure technical feasibility and execution
* Monitor market trends, sustainability requirements, regulatory developments, and competitor positioning
* Represent the company during customer visits, negotiations, and trade fairs in Germany
* Proven experience (3-7 years) in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in packaging, printing, plastics, paper, or an industrial environment
* Demonstrated success in new business acquisition / hunting
* Strong understanding of the German market and business culture
* Fluent German and French is mandatory
* Good command of English is an asset
* Strong interest in sustainable products and environmentally responsible solutions
