We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's team, focusing on the execution of strategic ICT projects within the domains of Finance, HR, and Facilities. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in project management, ensuring effective leadership and change management throughout various project phases while coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
The consultant will oversee a range of tasks, including:
* Leading project phases such as planning, execution, and follow-up.
* Drafting specifications and guiding procurement processes for government contracts.
* Managing supplier relationships, including selection and direction of external parties.
* Facilitating Agile delivery through organization of sprints and iterative delivery management.
* Conducting analyses, preparing business cases, and proposing technical solutions.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will possess demonstrable experience in project leadership, particularly in infrastructure or development projects with a strong focus on SAP contexts. Key qualifications include:
* Proven experience as a project leader within infrastructure or development projects (5+ years).
* Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and scrum (2+ years preferred).
* Ability to manage project management techniques and tools (risk management, issue management).
* Familiarity with ITIL and project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBOK.
* Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
* Fluency in Dutch at a European CEFR level C2 and English.
Additional Competencies
It is advantageous to have experience in:
* Supplier management, including contract negotiation and direction.
* Change management processes and compliance with NIS2 standards.
* IAM solutions knowledge (e.g., Omada, Octa, or EntraID).
* Experience with multiple SAP modules and BTP/Fiori implementations.
* Experience working within the Flemish government context.
