YOUR ROLE
As a Business Developer / Client Partner, you connect CareForce One’s high-quality talent solutions with dynamic companies in MedTech and GreenTech. You build this new business line and take ownership of the commercial journey - from first contact to signed partnership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Entrepreneurship & Strategy: You plot an ambitious commercial course for the MedTech/GreenTech markets with an entrepreneurial, scale-up mindset.
* Network Building: Identify commercial opportunities. Engage with industry leaders, innovators, and decision-makers. You expand your existing network and uncover new opportunities.
* Drive full-cycle sales: From prospecting, needs analysis, and solution presentation (Recruitment & Selection, Interim Management, Testing & Assessment, Training & Coaching) to closing the deal—you own the process end-to-end.
* Build partnerships that matter: Position CareForce One as the strategic HR and talent acquisition partner helping companies attract, hire, develop, and retain people who drive sustainable growth.
WHAT YOU BRING:
We’re looking for an agile, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in an ambitious start-up environment. Freelancers are also welcome.
* Commercial strength: Minimum 3 years of success in selling, preferably in complex B2B service (e.g. recruitment, consultancy, training, or HR-related solutions).
* Industry affinity: A strong interest in and an existing network within MedTech, GreenTech, and/or Life Sciences.
* Language skills: Native Dutch and/or French (ideally bilingual), Fluent in English. Reside in Belgium.
* Entrepreneurial mindset: You’re proactive, results-driven, and energized by autonomy and growth opportunities. You are not afraid to work hands-on in a build-up phase.
* Strong communication: You build trust quickly and engage confidently with C-level executives and HR directors.
