Senior Legal Advisor – Expansion & Strategic PartnershipsAs a Senior Legal Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of the Expansion & Affiliation division within a leading retail group. Keep reading!Your Responsibilities:- You will serve as a strategic partner to internal departments such as Real Estate, Expansion, Affiliation, and Technical teams, supporting their development.- You will assist in the negotiation of affiliation agreements, real estate contracts, and other related commercial agreements, as well as handle disputes, mediations, and amicable settlements.- You will help negotiate long-term strategic partnership agreements with key suppliers and stakeholders, also supporting conflict resolution when needed.- You will build strong, long-term relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.- You will translate legal concepts into practical advice that delivers real value to the business.- You will provide tailored legal counsel and creative, business-oriented solutions.- You will proactively track legal developments and assess their potential impact, ensuring relevant teams are informed and trained as needed.- You’ll connect legal knowledge with operational understanding to identify innovative alternatives, prioritize work, and influence decision-making.- You will contribute to multidisciplinary teams on various projects, offering legal support throughout business negotiations.Your Profile:- You hold a Master’s degree in Law.- You have at least 5 years of relevant legal experience, with expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and real estate contracts.
