Customer Service Representative - Technical Support Specialist
To provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, we are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team.
About the Role:
* You will be responsible for assisting customers with technical queries, analyzing and resolving issues, and providing timely updates on the status of their problems.
* In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of complex technical issues.
* You will also be required to collect relevant information to prepare efficient communication towards our customers, management, partners, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers with technical questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Analyze and solve trouble tickets and mails in collaboration with 3rd level teams (internal or external).
3. Detect incidents related to transversal products, services, applications with possible impact on customers and apply appropriate priority & communication processes.
4. Inform customers continuously on the status of their problem according to the priority of the technical issue.
5. Collect relevant information to prepare efficient communication towards our customers, management, partners, and operational teams.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years' experience in a customer services environment.
* Knowledge of contact center activities.
* A strong interest in new technologies (Telco products, services, technical matters, network, data & Internet) and fast learning.
* Strong listening and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with technical concepts and terminology.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.
