We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM & Discovery Consultant to design, implement, and maintain enterprise‑grade ServiceNow solutions across CMDB, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and manage a scalable CMDB aligned to CSDM, ensuring governance, data quality, and compliance.
* Configure ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, custom patterns (NDL), and cloud integrations (AWS/Azure/GCP).
* Administer ITOM apps: Event Management, Orchestration, Service Mapping.
* Build integration workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.
* Implement event correlation rules, remediation workflows, alerts, dashboards, and reporting.
* Oversee IRE rules, authoritative source integrations, data audits, and transformation rules.
* Lead end‑to‑end Service Mapping and documentation for business services.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support change management, training, and governance.
Required Technical Skills
ServiceNow Expertise
* Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, AngularJS, Flow Designer, Orchestration, IntegrationHub.
* Experience in synchronous/asynchronous APIs (REST/SOAP).
* CMDB & CSDM knowledge (certifications preferred).
Infrastructure & Cloud
* Understanding of networks, protocols, servers, OS (Windows/Linux/Unix).
* Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP.
* Virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V).
* Enterprise monitoring and vulnerability tools integration.
Preferred Certifications
* CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM/CSM/HRSD).
* CMDB & CSDM certifications highly preferred.
Key Competencies
* Strong analytical skills, RCA, performance optimization.
* Cross‑functional communication and project coordination.
* Governance, compliance, and documentation mindset.
