Our team is made up of committed colleagues who work every day to positively impact health and quality of life through nutrition. As this is a crucial category, we will be expanding our teams.
We are currently looking for 2 enthusiastic and engaged Brand Managers to join. Each role will be responsible for the operational execution of marketing activities for a specific category within Benelux:
1. Brand Manager for Adult Oral & Disease Specific category; working with brand as Fortimel and Nutridrink
2. Brand Manager for Adult Tube & Medical category; working with brands as Nutrison and Flocare
Your key responsibilities include
3. Implementation of marketing plans and campaigns based on strategic guidelines.
4. Coordination of local activations, including digital campaigns (Multi Channel Engagement), events, and materials for professionals.
5. Monitoring market developments and competition and translate insights into executional improvements.
6. Supporting product launches and innovation projects.
7. Managing the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
8. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (medical, sales, finance, for an integrated approach.
9. Reporting results and progress to the Senior Brand Manager.
About You
In order to succeed you bring:
10. 3-7 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role in pharmaceuticals or healthcare. A background in medical devices environment is a nice-to-have.
11. Strong project management skills and a hands-on mentality.
12. Experience with digital marketing and MCE is a plus.
13. Strong communication skills, visually skilled, and able to convey complex information clearly.
14. Proactive, results-driven, and a strong team player.
15. Fluent in Dutch and English is required, French is a definite plus.
