Role Overview
The CCO will be responsible for leading global commercial operations, with a focus on Europe and North America. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for Europe and North America aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing commercial and business development teams.

Drive revenue growth through innovative business development models and client-centric solutions.
Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to influence company-wide strategy and decision-making.
Represent the organization externally, promoting its disruptive, technology-enabled approach to clinical trial delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Extensive experience in CRO leadership, with a track record of building teams and driving market expansion.
Proven ability to scale commercial operations internationally, particularly in Europe and North America.
Strong strategic thinking, business development, and client engagement skills.
Experience with technology-enabled clinical trial solutions and innovative service delivery models is a plus.
Executive presence, ability to influence stakeholders, and a proven record of delivering measurable growth.
