Join a dynamic team to support our customers' financial organizations and work collaboratively to address closing, consolidation and reporting challenges.
Work in partnership with leading Belgian organizations (financial) to solve their challenges in the domain of IFRS, complex accounting, consolidation and reporting requirements.
Lead or coach a diverse team to deliver high-quality work, develop their skills, and advance their careers.
Develop your expertise, build a reputation as a trusted advisor, and contribute to firm initiatives like proposals, thought leadership, and recruitment.
You will drive our client's operations to the next level by:
Participating in the closing, consolidation and reporting cycle, as defined in the data and systems strategy.
Supporting clients in selecting and implementing new software solutions, and advise on complex accounting matters and reporting requirements.
Being part or leading of a skilled team in the execution of customer projects, provide temporary support or managed services for consolidation processes.
Let's talk about you
Master's degree in economics, engineering, or equivalent experience.
Strong financial background with 5-8 years of experience in financial close, consolidation, reporting, audit, assurance, and/or IFRS.
Tech-savvy, with familiarity in consolidation and reporting tools (e.g., Workiva, SAP BPC, OneStream, Tagetik, Anaplan Fluence).
Hands-on, results-driven, and quality-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Client-centric mindset, with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
Team player with a collaborative approach and the ability to work across diverse teams.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
Proficiency in English & Dutch or French; Tri-lingual is a plus.
Experience in audit and/or consulting is an asset.
Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
